Taba Chake was born on 24 December 1992 in Doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh. He is a finger-style guitarist and multilingual singer-songwriter from a Nyishi tribal family. His album Bombay Dreams contained Aao Chalein (30M+ streams). In 2023 he made his Bollywood debut with Aye Mere Dil (Kadak Singh). In 2024 he composed the soundtrack for I Want To Talk (Shoojit Sircar). In 2025 he was appointed Brand Ambassador of Arunachal Pradesh Arts & Culture.
